Description: Reconditioned using variable frequency rotor speed control thus eliminating the old mechanical control, resulting in quieter operation and much more precise speed adjustment. All stainless steel product contact surfaces; approx. 5 US gallon hopper, separate rotor and blender start/stop, heavy duty casters, 90 day warranty. Gravity feed, sliding piston delivery; works best with wet-pack fruits and coarse chopped nuts. Finely chopped dry material, cookie dough, large candy pieces, etc., not recommended and will cause problems.
